Eleanor Wolfe

MBACP, MSc.

London-based Integrative psychotherapist

A Holistic Approach

I am a compassionate, licensed Integrative and Couples Psychotherapist with BACP accredited training in Psychotherapy from Roehampton University. With further post-graduate studies in Social Anthropology from Edinburgh University, I take a holistic and culturally informed approach, drawing from psychodynamic, person-centered and narrative therapy to support clients in a way that best suits their individual needs.

My calm, integrative approach creates a supportive and empathetic space for clients to explore their experiences and move toward meaningful change.

Positions [Past and Present]

Current positions include Associate Individual & Couples Psychotherapist at London Bridge Therapy and Harvest Therapy Bloomsbury. I also have experience working within NHS IAPT services, providing solution-focused therapy and CBT to individuals navigating anxiety, depression, work stress and life transitions. My work at the Mulberry Cancer and Bereavement Centre at West Middlesex Hospital deepened my expertise in trauma-informed care, supporting those coping with grief and life-limiting illness.

Before training as a psychotherapist, I worked in the financial sector and trained as a classical opera singer - an experience that informs my appreciation for creativity and self-expression in the therapeutic process.

Specialisms

I have specialist training in couples therapy, using attachment theory to explore relational dynamics and encourage reconnection.

With a personal and professional understanding of neurodiversity, I also offer particular insight into working with ADHD. My therapeutic approach goes beyond practical coping strategies, addressing the emotional challenges that often accompany neurodivergence, such as rejection sensitivity, emotional dysregulation, fear of failure and imposter syndrome. I am passionate about promoting psychotherapy for ADHD alongside, or instead of psychotropic treatment.

As a queer-identifying therapist, I am also deeply committed to LGBTQ+ mental health and am the co-founder of Queer Culture Club, a London-based organisation dedicated to fostering creativity, wellbeing and connection within the queer community.

ADHD focused psychotherapy

My approach to ADHD talking therapy blends psychodynamic and humanistic modalities, offering a space to explore the emotional and relational challenges that can accompany the diagnosis. I focus on often-overlooked areas such as rejection sensitivity, emotional regulation, identity, and attachment, helping clients make sense of their inner world beyond practical coping strategies.

Common themes include:

Emotional regulation
Rejection sensitivity
Identity and self-esteem
Impulsiveness and mood swings
Social anxiety and relationships
Work stress and over-achieving
Fear of failure and impostor syndrome
Family dynamics and addiction
